Refund Policy for Shree Ram Sales point

We at Shree Ram Sales point value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the account or service you bought from us, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms and conditions:

• You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

•  For cancellation  you get a refund within 7 days.

• You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, an invoice, or a confirmation email.

• You must uninstall and delete the account from your device and destroy any copies you may have.

• You must contact us by email at support@fullbasicneed.in and provide your name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund.

• We will review your refund request and notify you of our decision within 7 business days.

• If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• If your refund request is denied, we will provide you with an explanation and offer you an alternative solution, such as a credit note, an exchange, or a technical support.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Account that have been customized, modified, or integrated with other account or systems.

• Account that have been damaged, lost, or stolen.

• Account that have been purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors.

• Account that have been purchased with a discount, a coupon, a gift card, or a promotional offer.

• Account services that have been completed, delivered, or consumed.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds at our sole discretion, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. We also reserve the right to update or change this refund policy at any time without prior notice. By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by this refund policy and accept its terms and conditions.
